CCA Academy is a small, private, non-denominational high school located in Chicago’s North Lawndale Community

BBF provides a continuum of care and support to children and youth so that the potential nurtured through early childhood programs will be fully and powerfully realized in the elementary, high school, and post-secondary years.

Avers Community Garden is a community garden on the southeast corner of Avers Avenue and Cermak Road. The garden is an educational space for children, bike path, and has served as a site block parties.

The spacious community garden has a large flower bed in the center, formed into the shape of the African continent with landscaping bricks.
